We believe that pro-active accountability will ultimately lead to sustainability.   We will assist clients to select and develop/ access high level processes and tools to ensure measurement, implementation and development of accountability and sustainability.  The period of intervention is also determined by the client – our role could either be limited to the design or training of relevant products, where after client accepts responsibility for ongoing implementation.  In all instances the focus is on developing long term client capacity and tools that are tailor made to client – Organisations unique characteristics. Intervention can focus on the totality of organisational functioning or on specific systemic areas identified by client Organisations. We operate and intervene from a Systemic Viewpoint and develop client tailored tools and practices in conjunction with clients – tools that can be used immediately in the work environment of the client.  We see both the organisation and their partner

Our services and Products are offered and developed by Seasoned Experts and Specialists. Tools, Services and Products are adapted to suit the individual needs of client and the organisational environment of the client.  We further believe in and invest in skills and knowledge sharing and development with our clients. Nonprofits become stronger, more sustainable, and better able to serve their communities and account to their partners.  Government and donors are assured that their investments are appropriately managed and contractually allocated.

Our Target Groups

Our target groups include Civil Society Organisations (NGO's; NPO's; CBO's etc.) and the Stakeholders involved in their organisation – such as funders and governmental structures. The benefit that The Organisational Puzzle can offer to civil society organisations has been described in previous sections. The Company's advantage to stakeholders is that we can assist Stakeholders in their efforts to develop these organisations – in addition we can also develop tools (such as dashboards) to facilitate organisational accountability and performance to stakeholders. Many of our products (for example development of systems and standards) can also be beneficial to for-profit companies and is also available to them
